How do I understand the dashboard?

The customer portal dashboard is a summary of your jobs. Here you can get a quick overview of your jobs.

Jobs are specific sets of instructions set up by our Technical Consultants per your data integration requirements that allow SynchUP to pass data between two systems.

Users can view all the jobs associated with their profile from the user dashboard. Each job is represented by a card on the dashboard. Each job card shows a summary of data associated with each job. The information you can view on each job card includes the job Title, Last Runtime, Last Run Status, and whether the job is currently Enabled.

You can access your SynchUP Dashboard by clicking the Home/Dashboard symbol in the left navigation of your screen once you are logged in to your SynchUP account.

The job title is located at the top of the job card on the dashboard and indicates the data connection/integration that is managed by that job. In addition, there is a “job status indicator” located to the right of the job title that indicates whether a job is Active, Inactive, or Pending.
