What does Last Runtime mean?

Last Run indicates the job's level of success when processing during it's last interval. Here's what those status mean.

The Last Runtime section of the job card on the dashboard indicates the last time a job was recorded as processed or attempted to process.

Run Condition

This specifies how the job was started.

  • Interval means it was started based on the Interval definition on the Triggers tab.
  • Date Range indicates the job was started manually with a specific date and time range.
  • Scheduled is similar to interval where the job was triggered by the schedule defined in the Triggers tab.
  • Payload, a specific payload was loaded into the job manually.
  • Pull all, a manual request to pull all the entity data.

Last Run Status

This status indicates the job’s level of success when processing during it’s last inter

Successful

A job with a last run status of “Successful” indicates that the job’s last run was processed without any recorded issues.

Warning

A job with a job status of “Warning” indicates that the job should be reviewed as an error may have occurred during job processing.

Failed

A job with a job status of “Failed” indicates that a record was not processed. The job should be reviewed to find what record was not processed and determine the cause of the error. In addition, SynchUP will send an alert email if SynchUP alerts are turned on for the user profile.

Critical

A job with a job status of “Critical” indicates that a critical error has occurred that has halted processing of most, if not all, records associated with the job. The job should be reviewed to find what critical error occurred. In addition, SynchUP will send an alert email if SynchUP alerts are turned on for the user profile. If a job enters “Critical” status, the next run of the “Critical” job to process will pick up with the same start date and continue trying to run until a non-critical run occurs so that data is not lost.

N/A

A job with a job status of “N/A” indicates that there no runs against the job yet.

Enabled

Green Check

A job with a job status of “Enabled” is indicated by a check mark in a green circle. If a job is “Enabled” the job is “turned on” and will attempt to run.

Red X

A job with a job status of “Disabled” is indicated by an X in a red circle. If a job is “Disabled” the job is “turned off” and will not run.
