Generating your BigCommerce B2B Edition API Credential for SynchUP

Follow these instructions to set up your B2B Edition connector with SynchUP

The Required settings

B2B Edition is an optional add-on application to your BigCommerce environment. Therefore, in SynchUP B2B Edition is also an optional add-on to your BigCommerce connector. Once you already have your BigCommerce connector set up, you only need one additional field to set up B2B Edition

  • B2B Edition Access Token

1. Generating the B2B Edition Access Token

IMPORTANT! After clicking save, this is the ONLY time B2B Edition will display your API Token. After navigating away from this screen you will not be able to retrieve this value again. Ensure you record this in a safe place

  1. Ensure you're logged into your BigCommerce store portal as a user with access to the B2B Edition app
  2. Go to the B2B Edition app
  3. In the B2B Edition app navigate to Settings > API Accounts
  4. Click Create API account
  5. In the Token Type drop down select V3 API Token
  6. In the Name box enter a description name for your SynchUP integration
  7. Click Save
  8. Record the API Token in a safe location

2. Complete Setup

You should now have the necessary values to complete your B2B Edition Integration with SynchUP. If you're using an application that lets you record these values within SynchUP enter them now. If you're working with a Snapshot Integration Specialist to complete your integration, please give that person this information
