What are the SynchUP Job Status Definitions?

Job status is how you can tell where a job is in the workflow. See what each step means here.

Title

The job title is located at the top of the job card on the dashboard and indicates the data connection/integration that is managed by that job. In addition, there is a “job status indicator” located to the right of the job title that indicates whether a job is Active, Inactive, or Pending.

Inactive

A job with a job status of “Inactive” indicates that the job is disabled.

Pending

A job with a job status of “Pending” indicates that the job is active but is sitting in a default status. This means that the job has not been sent to be processed but is active and able to be processed at the next interval.

Queued

A job with a job status of “Queued” indicates that the job is active and has been sent to the processing queue. This job is waiting to be processed behind other active jobs as it has hit its processing interval.

Processing

A job with a job status of “Processing” indicates that the job has reached the front of the queue after reaching its processing interval and is current processing.
